ESCAP National Committee Prepares Lecture on "Strengthening Leadership and Better Life Balance"

PHNOM PENH: First Deputy Chairman of the Mine Authority and Chairman of the National Committee for ESCAP, Mr. Ly Thuch has led 80 staff officers to listen to a lecture on “Strengthening Leadership and Better Life Balance through Ethical Management Based on Teaching Of Buddhism” on 16 January 2022 yesterday.

The lecture, “Strengthening Leadership and Better Life Balance.” was organized under the initiative of Senior Minister Ly Thuch and Dr. Mey Kalyan and organized by the Garment Training Institute of Cambodia (CGTI-GMAC). This lecture provides a lot of benefits in understanding the needs, challenges and solutions for daily life and work, especially mind control, mindfulness, education and orientation in the Buddhist way.

This is the third workshop organized to support the training of leaders, officers, staff, Mines Authority and ESCAP National Committee on Strengthening the Leadership and Behavior of Effective Individuals, supported by President of the Garment Sector Association of Cambodia, Mr. Van Sou Ieng, and President of the Garment Sector Training Institute of Cambodia CGTI-GMAC, Andrew Tey.
